FoodPlant
FoodPlant is Singapore’s first shared facility for small-batch food production. Jointly set-up between Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Enterprise Singapore, and JTC, FoodPlant is a facility for innovative companies looking to develop new products, extend shelf-life of products, or test advanced food processing technologies. The pilot plant is SFA-licenced, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 certified.
Food Manufacturing Centre of Innovation (FM COI)
The Food Manufacturing Centre of Innovation (FM COI), supported by EnterpriseSG, is a joint collaboration between Singapore Polytechnic (FIRC), Nanyang Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, and Temasek Polytechnic. The FM COI provides food enterprises with holistic technical solutions to innovate and test new food products. Companies can leverage on FM COI’s innovation expertise in health and wellness, convenience foods, alternative proteins, and sustainability.
